Report: RusHydro may offer 10–15 bln rbl Eurobonds in Sep–Oct
MOSCOW, May 31 (PRIME) -- Russian hydropower giant RusHydro plans to offer 10–15 billion rubles of Eurobonds in September–October, First Deputy CEO George Rizhinashvili said in an interview with Bloomberg seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
The company plans to use the money to substitute a small amount of current liabilities, Bloomberg reported citing Rizhinashvili.
The company plans to issue Eurobonds in a separate loan participation note on the Irish Stock Exchange or on the London Stock Exchange through a special purpose vehicle that will not be affiliated with the company and will be established in Ireland.
